Pittco offers thermal entrances with medium, and wide stiles for applications where a hight thermal value is required. For strength and endurance, all Pittco entrances are manufactured to desired specification using a mortise and tendon design and steel tension tie rod construction. The corner design allows the rails to mate into the stiles with a perfect hairline appearance. All models are available with a multitude of custom options, including horizontal and vertical muntins and custom bottom rails to meet either state code specifications or appearance requirements. All Pittco models feature standard ADA approved hardware. Custom hardware can be furnished and factory applied to ensure precision fit and alignment. These entrance doors are offered with a multitude of framing and finish options, including anodized and painted finishes.

  • Medium stile doors have a 3 7/16" top rail, 6 7/16" bottom rail, and 3 7/16" vertical stiles
  • Wide stile doors have a 4 13/16" top rail, 6 7/16" bottom rail, and 4 13/16" vertical stiles
  • Optional 10" bottom rail
  • Doors are 1 3/4" deep
  • 1" infill
  • Available with butt hinges, continuous geared hinges, or offset pivots
  • Variety of hardware configurations including MS locks, dead locks, latch locks, and panic hardware
  • Adjustable weatherstrip astragal at meeting stiles

TMS 114XT

TMS 114XT

TMS 114 XT is a 2" x 4-1/2" high thermal performance center plane flush glaze system that allows for up to 1 1/8” glazing. The double polyurethane debridging system offers excellent thermal capability and its location is designed to accept standard steel reinforcing that allows for tall frames. The TMS 114 XT features screw spline construction for fast, labor saving assembly and installation throughout the major members. The system is also offered with shear blocks for doorframe construction and special requirements.

 

  • This versatile framing system is available with stock and custom doors and is designed for exterior storefronts, punched windows and strip windows where high thermal performance is required.
  • System is designed for exterior glazing or interior glazing
  • Glazing is simplified by use of one easy to install roll-in gasket both interior and exterior.
  • A variety of frame members are available for design flexibility inimproved 90, 135, and 180-degree corner sections, expansion mullions, sub-sills and head receptors.
  • Available in both anodized and painted finishes with a variety of standard and custom color choices.
  • Meets all AMMA air, water, and structural requirements

70 Wall® XT

70 Wall® XT is a 2-1/2" wide profile high thermal performance curtain wall system with a wide variety of depths gives designers excellent flexibility in today's difficult and complex project requirements. 

This engineered framing system is primarily designed for curtain wall applications but is also used for storefront conditions where high structural and thermal values are required,

 

· Outside glazed, inside glazed, and vertical butt glazed curtain wall
· High thermal performance to meet energy codes
· Standard bottom drainage or zone dam drainage optional
· 70 Wall® XT has a 2 1/2" sight line
· Available in 6", 7", 8" and 11" O.A. system depths
